Will a Z87 mATX Mainboard fit with my MSI Gtx 770?

After I bought my new GPU (MSI Gtx 770), I quickly found out that my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU - that is why I have decided to buy a new CPU and a new motherboard. I do not want to risk buying a motherboard that does not fit with my current GPU. I would like to hear if anyone knows if my GPU will fit with the mentioned motherboard (in practical terms) before I buy it.

Any motherboard newer than about 2005 will work with a GTX 770. The GTX 770 uses a PCI-E slot and that has been the standard since it replaced AGP in around 2005.
