Id recomend getting Arctic MX4 thermal paste. A Hyper 212 Evo for cpu cooler. an SSD, trust me you will want one, just get a HDD 1TB later. I recomend the 120gb EVo from samsung if you dont min paying a few more bucks. And do you have an OS or do you plan on pirating it?

I'll take your word for it on the thermal paste, I was getting a TX3 for my cpu but I'm not doing overclocking, I should probably get an SSD but I wont be getting cash for a while, and as for my OS I'm getting Windows 7 64-bit from a friend.
