Whenever I create another user account and go to for example on My Computer or My Documents it ends with a explorer.exe has crashed 
. The only fix is if I only have one user account ( Administrator ) . I want another account for my younger brother so ... There is nothing wrong with my performance or anything because all of my drivers are up to date , I have all updates , I run Xp , my computer is clean of everything , etc .
Any advice would be appreciated
(P.S. I did try to reinstall windows , still didn't fix , oh and I ran chkdsk ...)
