Hello, I am currently having a low fps problem in BF4. I don't know if it is a problem on my part or something wrong with my hardware. I am getting 20- 35 FPS and huge lag spikes in medium settings. I checked my GPU usage in game and it was only running at 30- 45 %. I am using a 1366x768 monitor. Could it be a bottleneck?
