hi i need help!!!
i have a Samsung laptop 300e windows 8 ,the problem is that the laptop starts and it restart again and again.
I tested my memory module from my second laptop and seen to be ok .the fan start the cd run and restart by it self.i can go to bios but i only see network in the boot sequence.i ordered the restore CD from Samsung but i cant make to work. the main info shows sat1 as hd ans sat2 as CD.i disable the booting security change to legacy cms .it shows f2 or f4 for restore on the screen but still cant no boot from CD it restart.
i format the hd with my win 7 laptop and installed windows 8 but when i install the hard drive it is the same.
is it problems with the bios or the mother board it self.i tried everything in one month and run out of options.Samsung told me that the restore CD will fix the problem and it didn't.i hope someone knows how to get this problem resolve.

These Samsung notebooks are notorious for having these kind of issues.
Insert the boot media
While the computer is on hold down F12 and restart it while still holding the F12 key.
When it boots up you should see that it is booting from the DVD.

Good luck, keep us posted.
