Multiple Blue Screen Errors While Gaming Today (Windows 8.1)

I just built this PC a couple weeks ago and everything has been running smoothly until today. While gaming, I've had quite a few crashes, but they always seem to be at similar times (pretty much always when closing the game or when a match ends). This has been through multiple games.

I've gotten Bad Pool Header, Kernel Security Check Failure, and some other one that I don't remember. I also just got Driver Power State Failure when just trying to turn my PC on.

Super worrying! Here's my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2jYFW

I read that it could be a PSU issue, but I don't know what to do about it. I've already updated every driver on my pc, ran windows update, scanned for viruses with Malwarebytes Pro, ran windows memory test, ran sfc/scannow in the command prompt as admin, and I guess that's about it. Any other suggestions?

I also read that firewalls/anti-malware could cause issues. Could Malwarebytes be the issue?

Also, just remembered this for some reason, but my computer has had some issues starting up. One out of every about 3 or 4 startups don't work. Everything turns on, but no display comes up, no BIOS, no anything. I know it's not a monitor issue cause it doesn't get to the login screen (I'd know cause there would be sound and I would be able to turn numlock, etc. on). And sometimes there's a single beep from my PC a couple seconds after I hit the power button, before the BIOS shows up. Seems like it could be related--one way or another it's no good.

I would first update my graphics driver directly from the graphics vendor and retest to see if you still get the issue. I would also look for game updates.
bad power state failures often happen when a device does go a low power link state but does not wake up when requested. very common on older hardware and with bugs in device drivers for the hardware, most often you have to get a driver update for the device, sometimes a BIOS update for your machine.

I'm having very similar issues. Built my the new year and it was running well, but games would freeze while alt+tabbing and closing, so I'd need to restart, and same with the black screen thing. At some point, I restarted my PC and it wouldn't boot. I then used the Windows recovery disk and restored it. After that, the game crashing and black screens stopped, but just today while playing Portal, everything froze. I tried to open task manager etc, and nothing worked. So I powered on and turned it back on, and now, Windows won't boot. I tried to restore it again, but it said my drive was locked, and then the drive wasn't found, and I keep getting different issues and it's just no longer booting. It'll get close and the blue screen, stall on black. Tell me my boot priorities are wrong, tell me there's no hard drive, tell me my hard drive's locked and I just don't know what to do. This is the closest thread I've found to my problem and was really hopping there'd be a fix here.

If anyone has a solution, I'm sure we'd love to hear it.
*UPDATE* I tried a few more things, and took it to a friend of mine to have it tested, turns out the drive was dead. So I ordered a new drive, sad that it only lasted 2 weeks but these things happen, trying to return it through Amazon right now, this is why you should always back things up...
