Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100352-3L Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-bit GDDR5
CPU: AMD 6350 Six core 3.9 GHz
RAM: Only 4 gibs of DDR3
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43

Now most games i can run on normal and get 35 to 45 frames but when it comes to any of the bohemia games (Arma, Dayz Standalone) I only get between 20 to 35 frames. I've been told that most of the bohemia games don't really run on ram and mostly cpu and gpu, so if you have any ideas please let me know. Somebody has told me that my setup might of been getting hot and to download speedfan and my highest temperature was 77 c. and the highest my gpu got was 64. And this is also while running a game. Any suggestions?

Those temperatures are acceptable - they shouldn't cause problems IMO.

I would try to add 4GB more of RAM. Check Task manager, see if you're using close to the 4GB you have, or maybe even more than 4GB. If you are using more than 4GB, the system "makes" more RAM by swapping on the hard drive and performance drops a lot. It's important to avoid this.

Edit: I assume your Windows is a 64-bit version. If it's not, don't bother adding RAM.

Those games are just very demanding.

It is showing the 7970 at 28 FPS.

Funny thing is I average out on arma 3 with 20 frames with everything set to low.. I think I figured out whats wrong is that my system is getting hot. I think I might remove my cpu fan and add more thermal paste onto the cpu
