Will the limitation of 133MHz kill any chance of a nice video card?

Is it pointless to pick a nice PCI-Express video card when you're limited to 133MHz? Will you get any benefits despite the obvious bottlenecking?

Info: Full-height, full length 133 MHz PCI-X expansion slot which
supports PCI-Express with optional riser board

Solution
You will need a riser card that has PCI-E slot on it. Even then with the limited bandwidth will bottleneck a powerful video card, so anything more than like, a HD 7750 would be a waste of money.

I'm trying to give my old 1U DL140 G2 server a better video card. Seeing it runs Windows 7 flawlessly. I thought, I could add a few old games to it to play occasionally and watch DVDs with a new card.
