Which one?
MSI N770 TF 4GD5/OC Gaming
GIGABYTE N770OC-4GD (+8$)

Both have the same clock speeds, Gigabyte is rev2 (cooling system revised)

Originally i had MSI motherboard in setup but now i have Gigabyte G1Sniper.

Both are great. Choose whichever one you'd like. There's no gain if you pair the gigabyte board with the gigabyte card over the gigabyte board and msi card

The differences i encountered so far:
MSI has 2x8 pin (Gigabyte 1.0 1x8 + 1x6 pin, Gigabyte 2.0 2x8 pin)
Gigabyte is longer due to cooling system (might fight tighly in smaller cases)
Gigabyte has revised cooling, powering the core with 8 phases wheres MSI is 6 phase (greater has better stability)
Gigabyte has white connectors wheres MSI has blue (female DVI)

I went for GIGABYTE N770OC-4GD rev.2.0 since its nice to have both Gigabyte motherboard and graphic card (i know there is no performance gain but you kinda feel better anyway). Also the gigabyte is revised and produces slightly less heat than the MSI. And my case will be green-oriented (the MSI is red).
The only problem i have to face is getting case that fits with 292 mm card. Its OK in normal size ATX case but its tight in smaller cases. (thats just a tip for anyone reading this with same problem)
