PSU question for my current build

Been working on a build and I am feeling like the power I currently have is too low. Here are the details:

Asus RVIBE, 64 GB RAM, 2 512GB SSD, 2 3TB HD, 2 Blue Ray RW DVD, 3 GTX 780Ti, 28 fans, 2 water pumps

These are the power components. I currently have two Corsair AX860 PSUs in the system. I originally purchased a 1600 watt Lepa and felt that was not flexible enough for my needs. I was going to return it, but wanted to make sure I was not too low on my current power needs as some configurators have this as okay while others have me too low. Can someone steer me in the right direction? Am I over thinking this? Any help you can offer would be great. I have a big investment in this system and want to make sure I have not under powered it since I have a PSU I have yet to return. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Solution
This might be a first. Usually, people asking about PSU's are running single cpu and GPU with a 500 wattish psu of varying quality. Your throwing tri-SLI at 1600 watts.

And yes, your fine.

Thanks, as this is what I had from some other sites. Does the water pump and the other peripherals take enough power to make me go over the 1720 watts that I have with my current 2 PSU set-up?
