Hey, guys I made a pc and I want that was for 500 dollar and I want to know if it would stream gameplay and also, would it work.

Try to get 8 GB ram, 4 GB is a bit too less for the new games.

You can also add a cpu cooler to help you OC that cpu. If you allow me i can suggest you a build at that price range.

You will only drop frames when streaming with OBS/Xsplit If you have the upload usage to low or the demand on the CPU is to high for it to handle.
