CPU: E8400 (3.0ghz)

My Problem!

So, Long Ago i noticed a bit smell of something burning on my room, i scared out knowing was comming from my CPU and unplug it really fast!

When i tryed to turn it on again, the psu was powering all pieces but the system was not booting, i turn it off and on till it worked and since that day i need to Turn it off and on till it works everytime i need to use the pc!

i tought maybe PSU its semi dead and not delivering the needed power to power up system properly and i unplug my GPU, was not a surprise the system worked correctly and the problem came back when i plugged back my GPU!

So im almost sure this its a PSU Problem and i need to buy a new one so.

I Need Help with:

1- Could this be a GPU and not a PSU problem?

2- This Logisys PSU i have its good? it has a 12v rail with 25a and a 450w average and 575w max (I want to OC my CPU to 4.0ghz) [i know i need to upgrade board for it]

or will be better a 32a or 33a 12v rail PSU like:

32a Corsair CX430 (max 430w) if theres no significant diference between this 2 PSU ill rather this one, cuz i can buy it cheap and close to my place!

33a Corsair 450VX (max 450w)

As always, Sorry if my english its bad, i learn it by myself and i know its not good! Hope some people can help me with this!

Solution
That LOGISYS Computer PS575XBK is a piece of garbage.

If you've read any of the Customer feedback on the link you provided for that PSU you would have seen a customer reporting that their graphics card caught on fire when that PSU died. Others reported that their PSU exploded.

You should be using a PSU that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 27 Amps or greater and has at least one 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express power connector.

Either Corsair model you've listed should work. The 450VX is a higher quality PSU than the CX430.
