I was looking into upgrading my video card to either this:

Which one would be better for my system? Also, would it be better to go with a GPU with 2GB of memory or is 1GB okay? The normal games I play are COD: Black Ops II, Payday 2, Minecraft, GTA IV, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, NBA 2K14.
My current specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR2
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670
PSU: 300W
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Or is there a better upgrade out there? I don't really think the PSU is a problem since I've had that 6670 for over a year and a half and I think it would've fried my PC by now if it was going to. Also, what would the NVIDIA equivalent of this GPU be?
