Minecraft good PC need help with getting parts 450$

Alright so I want to buy a 450$ PC I have a keyboard and mouse no monitor or windows 7 although don't include the windows 7 in the budget

So you need a build with monitor included for $450? I am going to just guess so, since I am crashing I put this together quickly. APU is your best bet, they do better with faster ram so i could only fit 1 stick of 4gb 1866 ram on this build to stay in budget. I would suggest maybe ordering a second stick of ram when your able too.
