Hello to the community.

perhaps this was already been answered , and my apologies if its in another topic too.

I have a problem and i still cannot decide yet a cpu cooler. this is my rig

I7 3770K
Asus sabertooth Z77
WD 1TB BLACK CAVIAR
Corsair Dominator platinum 1600 8gb (4x2)
Asus GTX 760 2GB OC
PSU didnt get it yet, but will be one of 600 to 650 watts moreless
pc case didnt decide yet too

Im planing in use just in games, perhaps in future do some light OC but just for play all the latest games.
the computer will be used under aircon 4500 frigories

So now the thing is i will make it simple. what air cooler or liquid cooler can fit on asus z77 and suitable with I7 3770K without have problems with the memory too.

can anyone recommend me a good cooler that keeps temps low in idle and just when gaming do not overpass 60c.

i have on mind:
Corsair H60
Corsair H80i
NZXT Kraken x60
Coolermaster Seidon 120mm

I repeat again i wont be doing OC . just gaming only, but games like Tera Online, or Crysis 3 , and other tittles always demand more .

I will listen advices and suggestions, i hope someone can take 2 minutes and read this i will really appreciate it, if anyone need more information feel free to ask me anything.

Your RAM is imo one of the highest RAM out there, so you could end up with clearance issues with many tower style CPU coolers.
Howevery, there are some out there that were specifically designed to handle high RAM kits.

As for the coolers you listed: The x60 is the best peforming AiO cooler out there (together with the Swiftech H320 and maybe the CM Glacier 240).
But it comes at a price and the stock fans can be pretty loud depending on how much you tune them up.
But bare in mind that the x60 is a 280 rad which means you need to make sure your case can handle this.

From all you've described as your use and intentions you really do not need a CLC water cooler, as eventually the pump will fail and then you have no cooling, so I'm recommending a high quality heat pipe air cooler, that can also be used passively meaning if the fan fails it will still cool your CPU.

This heat pipe recommendation is actually a rebirth of the Thermalright TRUE, and is still today an excellent CPU cooling solution, and it is also the same cooler I use to cool the hot side of my 240w peltiers so I know for a fact it can handle your CPU.
