cheap and best gaming cpu

i have to built a gaming cpu i have 1 tb hdd and Led Monitor with 1920x1080 res. I want other components to build my gaming cpu like processor, apu, ram, dvd writer ,mobo , cooling fan , cabient etc and my budget is around 270 dollor. I have to play all the upcoming games of 2014 smoothly at medium and high settings.

Do you want a CPU or APU? Both are different. From my guess, you should be going for a CPU considering your gaming needs listed. For 270$, the good CPU at that range is i5-4670k priced around $230.

i'm guessing what you're really looking for is parts to build a new computer with processor, ram, motherboard, graphics card case, power supply etc., right?

$270 is rather low.. actually it is so low that i'd advise waiting for kaveri apus instead of current richland ones. however, it's quite possible to build a pc at that price.
