I want to connect ps4 to VGA monitor, i did some research an found this cable, please help.

That cable is a scam because HDMI will not convert to VGA (analog signal) because HDMI only carries an HDCP digital signal, so no analog. The only possible way to connect your PS4 to a VGA monitor/display is to use an HDFURY active adapter. These are adapters that require power so they need to be plugged into a wall because of the digital to analog conversion that is occurring. These adaptors are very expensive for very little gain. example-http://www.hdfury.com/shop/videoprocessors/hd-fury-ii/

I recommend buying a new monitor with HDMI on it for that price. Hope I helped :)
