  1. What case and motherboard do you have?
  2. All chassis conform to the various standard motherboard form-factors (ATX, BTX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX, etc...). Provided your motherboard is of a form-factor your old chassis conforms to, it will fit and the screw holes should align perfectly.

  3. My motherboard will be the ASUS Sabertooth Z87. But i am not sure about the chassis as i am away from my room for 10 days:(, well it is a chassis which houses a core 2 duo supporting motherboard, sorry forgot the board number too:p.

Well, your case probably will support it since that ASUS motherboard is ATX size and almost every case supports ATX motherboards. So you will be fine. :)
