Hi there guys:) , i am planning to install a new motherboard. Will the motherboard fit perfectly in my old chassis. I know i have to replace the I/O panel but what about the chassis, will all the screw holes align perfectly on the chassis:??: .

All chassis conform to the various standard motherboard form-factors (ATX, BTX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX, etc...). Provided your motherboard is of a form-factor your old chassis conforms to, it will fit and the screw holes should align perfectly.

Well, your case probably will support it since that ASUS motherboard is ATX size and almost every case supports ATX motherboards. So you will be fine. :)
