what can i do to fix it?
I've tried all I could think of:
change port
put it in usb root hub
linux commands to find it: lsusb (listusb) fdisk -l (show all volumes/disks) gparted etc.
Windows: diskmgmt.msc (disk manager) gui and cmd devmgmt.msc (device manager) a few disk utility programs
nothing sees it apart from bios
