all installation i did but when i double click on the icon nothing happens what to do

This is a proplem I have, Right click it, to to properties,security,advanced,owner,edit --> select your account and click add. then click apply and ok and so forth, then go back to the very first security tab, click edit and click your account, there will be a list down below click "full control & Modify"
That should be it fixed, sorry if it isn't.
