If the question ends up being "can I run this game?" then be aware GTA4 runs horribly on most systems, even high-end ones.
Your system seems to be fairly low end, though you don't specify the graphics card, so I wouldn't expect the game to run that well.

Nah, that wouldn't be an issue. I remember, I used to play it on medium settings with my c2d and gt 210 (1 gb). I was a kid back then so didn't consider to check the frame rates, but it was running really smooth. 40-50 fps I guess.

this is a low end mod,you can change resolution from commandline.txt inside archive
look for height and width
steps for mod-
This mod is exclusively made by me
1) Extract files from rar archive
2)select all those files alond with folder named'pc'
3)paste in your gta4 dir
4)run game from gta4.exe
It is cracked so u don't need dvd
but you can recieve updates
