Solution
Good basic gaming rig except for the psu. The corsair CX line is spotty - the TX line for Corsair is much better. If you are planning to o/c the 4670, make sure you get an aftermarket cooler such as the Hyper 212 or Xigmatek GAIA. The TIM that comes with the cooler will work fine - no need for a "special" TIM.

If you are going to stick with a single 650TI Boost, 500w will be enough (check out EVGA psu's). If you are planning to go to a larger gpu or sli in the future, you need to decide if you want to spend the $$ now on a psu that will support such an upgrade.
