Will this system play future games okay?

I recently bought a new desktop for school and these are the hardware specifications.

CPU:
AMD FX-8300
GPU: GTX 650 1GB
RAM: 8 GB 1600 MHz
PSU: 500 W
HDD: 1 TB

I plan to be using this desktop until the end of high school (so about 3 more years) and I just wanted to know if I would be able to run most future game titles at minimum settings and a 1280x1024 resolution while getting playable frame rates. So basically, will this system play future games okay?

No. OC'ing with a stock cooler is never really a good idea. Usually when it does seem somewhat okay to overclock with a stock cooler, you're limited to very little increase in clock speeds and at that point, its useless and still not worth the risk. It may seem fine but at times, you will see crashes from overheating when your system can't take it and that can result in component damage. I have a better case and an aftermarket heatsink so I was fine OC'ing it a little but not as much as I would like to. Long story short, if you want to OC, get a custom cooling block (it doesn't even have to be watercooled).

I plan to only OC the CPU until it hits about 65C under full load. However, I really want to overclock the GPU to get a bit more performance. Does anyone know the safe voltage of a regular GTX 650?
