The first of those will be whiny due to its 92mm fan, and not as good. The second is okay, but as often as it is parroted around here, it is slightly inferior to the generally cheaper Xigmatek Gaia:

Unlike the Hyper212 EVO (ignore the URL; it IS the EVO they tested), the Gaia never throttled, although it wasn't always the coolest depending on the fan used. Both got awards, but since the Gaia is usually cheaper (check, as its price was recently jacked), it is the better choice. Frostytech also found it to be up to 6db quieter (they only test stock fans). NZXT also now has a similar...

There isn't likely to be any more than 2C-3C difference among them. FWIW, both of my systems use the Gaia.
