My 5th generation ipod classic, recently died, so I bought a external hard drive enclosure so I would be able to get my music off the hard drive.
My computer identify the drive but, can't do anything, it says I need to format the drive. I downloaded a couple different data recovery softwares to extract the data, but all the softwares they start running good and then it just in a stand still after about 1 min. The EaseUS Data Recovery help page says to Use the Disk Copy application to copy the Bad Device to a new and Good Device, but I can't do that either because I can't access the drive. I checked disk management and everything looks fine. Can somebody help me please!!
