Hi I'm using a pretty low end basic board. It's the MSI H61m-p21 (B3). Thing is, the onboard audio got damaged and now I'm only able to use the blue hole and pink hole for audio. I think the green hole blew. Everything else still works fine but should I be worried about my motherboard?

Quite common, the jacks are fragile and sometimes do stop working.

If you can reroute the sound to the other jacks why should you worry?

Nothing to worry about.
