Hi everyone!

So my Samsung 32 GB class 10 sd card isn't working anymore. When I connect it to the computer I can see it listed and is given a drive letter but can't access it. Windows tries to format the card automatically but it fails.

I have also tried chkdsk but i get "Cannot open volume for direct access" message. Windows's diskpart doesn't list it (Disk 0, Disk 1, Disk 3, Disk 4... skips it) and can't do anything with that. Tried formatting in cmd with "format f:" but I got an IOCTL error.

Tried checking the card with ubuntu but it couldn't recognize it either (failed to mount 2.2 TB drive [?]).

Also tried many partition and recovery software, none of them recognized it.

Android doesn't even see it.

Is there any chance I can repair this sd card?

Thanks in advance.

While there are places that can do hardware repair of these drives they may or may not be able to recover data which I assume is your primary concern since the sd card is probably still under samsungs warranty.

Have you tried recuva in deepscan mode?
