I have a printer problem whereby all my printers 3 in all disappeared from the Printers and Faxes window and cannot print and I cannot load any printers. I to receive the Message RPC Server is unavailable . I have tried the you beaut fix it programs to no avail. I have tried going to as suggested the Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services and when I click on the Services icon I receive a message "Class is not registered HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP !
