Makes ure both p2p monitor in advance settings are set to 60 hearts not 30. Magic boom! Computer works like a charm, diablo 3 in best settings works smoothly!

Switching the hertz even in control panel won't actually change the hertz your computer is running on, especially with p2p monitors with switch board acess like 4000 running with gt630 series. Make sure the p2p management is being switched. Even if running 60 hertz in the windows application or even hertz option in control panel won't change the p2p settings. No fix for hdmi settings though.
