In the motherboard, it just says "PCIe x16" next to the graphics slot. I tried finding out the name of it before but I couldn't. This is an Acer PC I bought which I am planning on upgrading.

I know they are pretty much the same card... but does the manufacturer matter? Two of them are called GHz edition.
Are the 2.0 and 3.0 stuff really necessary?
