Where Should I put my Case Fans?

So I have 5 fans. (3 I bought, 1 came with case, and the last one came with the cooler)
I have 7 slots to put the fans in as well. I have 2 SIDE SLOTS, 2 TOP SLOTS, 1 REAR SLOT, 1 BOTTOM SLOT, AND 1 COOLER FOR COOLER.

My question is which combination of places should I use to place certain fans?
ie: 1 on the side, 2 on the top, etc.
P.S. Putting 2 fans on the cooler is also an option

You need to mount the fan that came with the CPU cooler on the heatsink as per its instructions. Use a second fan if you see any adverse temperatures under load.
The next highest priority needs to the be rear exhaust (one).
Then front intake (use two)
And a bottom intake (one)

Sorry, I missed the missing front.
Traditional airflow is in at the front and bottom, out at the back and top. In on the side is a good option too.
Ok, so no front intake? no worries; in at the bottom and side, out at the back.

Generally speaking you should have two on the front bringing air in, and ones at the back taking air out. Try to look at which way the hotter components are blowing air OUT of the case, and help that air out... For instance - which way is your graphics card exhausting air, and what about your CPU?
If your CPU (one of the hottest components in your computer) is exhausting air towards the BACK of the case, make sure there is a fan there taking that air OUT. It makes it worse if you would have a fan pushing air back against that hot air... because the hot air would then recycle in your case.

Also, you should have typically more fans aiming OUT of the case than IN. So if you have 5 fans, aim 2 IN and 3 OUT. You usually aim the two on the front IN because typically the GPU and CPU do not exhaust towards the FRONT.

So I hope that makes sense. It sounds like for your case you should have 2 in FRONT aiming IN, and 1 rear, 1 top, 1 bottom (although that doesn't make sense?) aiming OUT.

If you follow the logic it should make sense.

Well I'm sorry, having a hard time visualizing what your case looks like honestly.

You want air to flow straight through the case. If the GPU exhaust to the bottom, put a fan facing OUT there to exhaust the air. If the CPU exhausts to the back, put a fan facing OUT there. If that was the set up, you would probably want to bring air IN through the side.

If you want more help please post pictures, I don't know what else I can do to explain it.

Sorry for the Confusion, My case is the Bitfenix Merc Alpha, the website says it has 2 front fan slots but I have the case and the front fan slots dont have any opening to pull air through.

I cant do that 'cause:
A) My motherboard only has 4 fan slots.
B) If you look at the front of my case theres really no point in putting on front fans because there is no holes for air to be taken from.

I currently have an exhaust at the top above my cooler for hot air from the cooler to go to, I have a exhaust at the back, and my only intake is right beside the exhaust for the cooler at the top.
