I just installed my new graphics card, and got my first monitor all working correctly, but now I am having trouble with my second monitor. I hooked up the VGA to the Mobo, and to the monitor and it seems to be in permanent sleep mode. When I unhook the VGA, the monitor displays, "Check Signal Cable". So i know the second monitor is getting a signal, but it's just not displaying anything.

This worked on my last card (HD 6850) but after reinstalling catalyst, it seems to be having some issues.
