Is this a good deal for 270x?

Hello I've been looking at a few r9 270 and 270x cards and came across this deal.

XFX Radeon R9 270X Graphic Card - 1000 MHz Core - 2 GB DDR5 SDRAM - PCI Express 3.0 x16 - 5600 MHz Memory Clock - 4096 x 2160 - CrossFire - Fan Cooler - DirectX 11.2, OpenGL 4.3, DirectCompute 11, OpenCL 1.2 - HDMI - DisplayPort - DVI - R9270XCDFC

There's so many different models I am not sure the difference between which are good and which are duds.

Is the R9270XCDFC a good deal at $144.38 + 9.88 shipping? It is new

They are not really bad. XFX coolers are known to be noisy or less effective than those of other manufacturers. People just prefer brands like Asus and Sapphire a lot over XFX. You can search for any GPU and notice the XFX cards are almost always cheaper, and there must be a reason for it.
