Those are pretty good system specs.
You can't really upgrade your GPU with that amount of money. Your RAM is fine.
A couple options would be to spend it on storage. You could get an SSD with that amount of money. Install your OS and a few of your most used programs and/or games on it for a nice speedy system upgrade. The SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250GB is about $10 more than your specified budget. You can get the 120GB model for quite a bit less.
Another option would be to get a more "overclockable" motherboard to squeeze some extra performance out of your CPU. A good Z77 board shouldn't cost more than $100 or so. And you would have enough left over for a Good Aftermarket Cooler.
That's just a couple of ideas to get the juices flowing. Hope it helps!

We'll do you think my GPU is lacking behind? Means should I save more to buy a new GPU?
I wanted to upgrade my mobo but I think it's pretty late now. I don"t think my processor can take me after 2014 , or should I buy a new mobo?

A GTX 760 is still a really nice mid-range graphics card. They are still selling for $250 or so on Newegg.
Do you play a lot of games or do you run other types of applications? Your CPU and GPU should remain viable for the next couple of years at least.

Your best bet for that build would be to get an ssd. You will see that in general usage the difference will be like night and day when compared to an hdd.

You can also buy a decent aftermarket cpu cooler (in case you dont have one) and overclock the hell out of the 2500k (which undoubtedly is the best chip in overclocking history).

Do you think it will still be worth it to buy a new mobo and aftermarket cooler ?
Or SSd which will be best, one think I also notice is that my cabinet is also not that good ,so new budget cabinet and
Mobo will be good isn"t it ?
