-Memtest86 shows that each RAM stick has 0 errors.
-Prime95 test is stable with each RAM stick but not together.
-I have updated the BIOS and have set the XMP to Profile 1 which puts the timing settings to 9-9-9-24 with a voltage of 1.5v
- I have set the RAM sticks to the slots coordinated from the motherboard's manual.
-Crashes on NBA 2K14 at the same spot every time. (If that helps any)

SPECS:

PSU- 600W Corsair CX-600M

I would check the voltage the sticks run at.
And verify that the bios is showing the correct voltage value.
If it is slightly lower than the rated voltage on the ram stick it`s self.

Then try to manually set the correct voltage in the bios if you can.
Under volted ram modules can cause crashes freezing when put under load.
A very slight voltage increase can some times resolve the problem.

But if it persists then you should think about an RMA.

Just have a check.
