That's a lot of money. Get a nice overclocked GTX 780 and save a bit. It will max those games at 1080p.

Your PSU is good to run two cards so if your motherboard supports SLI, you can pair with another 780 in the future if you need a boost.

hmm budget is like $500-700 and Crysis 3 Bioshock 3 metro last light the popular games, at 1920 x 1080 with two monitors and 850w psu and intel i7 4930k cpu

And the stock cooler is actually great for a stock cooler, the AMD 290X stock cooler isn't the best, you can cook your dinner while gaming on a 290X. However if you go with aftermarket cooling, it's definitely better for the money, if the price didn't rise too much that is.
