Hi guys i just bought BF3 and it's busy updating and i was wondering will it work on my pc if i have an i5 2400 3.1 Ghz a radeon HD 6450 1GB 64bit and 4GB 1333Mhz RAM DDR3

I dont believe the 6450 is up to the task at any resolution. It wont be a fun experience.

That GPU won't handle high res. 1080p BF4 at playable frames, that's for sure, medium to low settings shouldn't be a problem though.

i thought it might not work but while bf3 updates i'm playing medal of honor that runs on frostbite one on medium with almost no lag in alomst every mission with a res of 1024x786 and i'm willing to play bf on 800x600.

That's pretty low res. The GPU can definitely handle that, you can probably go a bit higher on medium settings.

i will be getting a palit gtx 650 128bit 1gb(within the 2 months) will i be able to run it flawless on high settings and res

Which resolution? 1080p on low settings will give some decent framerates, around 50's or 60's. Save some money and get a GTX 660 or 760, MUCH MUCH BETTER. Lower end GPUs usually aren't worth the money, if you spend a little more, you get a lot more.
