Is overclocking safe

Hello i have core i 3 3210 @ 3.2 GHz , 4 GB ram , Powercolor Ati Radeon HD 5450 2 GB graphics
card.Catalyst control center 13.9 . It has 650 MHz gpu clock . Can i overclock it to 660 MHz.
Will it lead to the bombardment of my computer? . I am a layman regarding these. Oh sorry i also have 350 Watts Power Supply. Can i overclock it?

Hold on there! 350 watts?? Not a chance I'd go wih 550 watts to be on the safe side as you don't want to be using your Psu at maximum loads.

no man its not safe like everyone said.keep in mind that its not worth it since you wont be able to mess with the voltage.i wouldnt buy a new psu for minor o/c ability.!except we are tolking about a future apgrade
