Recently I undertook the project of building a customac. I got all the compatible parts:

i5-3570k
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
Galaxy Geforce GTX 560Ti
1 Stick of Corsair Vengeance 8GB
Western Digital Hard Drive
An Antec Power Supply
And a Cooler Master TX3 Cooler

I took out my old motherboard, an Asus P8 Z77-V LE, and put all my parts in the new one. Plugged everything in, turned it on, and after two minute I realized I forgot to put the ram in. What a pleb I am. Anyway I turned it off, put it in, and restarted the computer. I saw GIGABYTE UltraDurable on the screen, then I hit Start Windows Normally, then a freeze, crash, restart, repair. Over, and over, and over again. So I went on the Tom's Hardware section that says Do These Steps Before Booting Your Computer, and I did all of them. It did not work. Please help, I can build them but I am pretty panicy and stupid when it comes to repairs.

Yep I took out the battery for about 10 minutes, stuck it back in and tried it again. I can get into the bios just fine. And use it fine too. However as soon as a try to boot. It tells me that recent hardware or software installed caused the crash. Then it takes me to system restore. I tried booting from the bios but no luck either...

I didn't format the drive, or reinstall the os...or insall the motherboard driver...like I said I am a pleb. I read that formatting the drive would cause me to lose my work, games, and projects. Probably should've done that huh? I'll do that once I get my optical drive back.
