While playing games like World of Tanks, Planetside 2, my desktop begins to freeze portions of the display, then goes black, then either back to the desktop or a blue screen and says something like "system shutting down to prevent damage to.. cpu or hard drive (my son explaining it to me). Then up comes the page that allows you to start in safe mode or normal.
The games seem to work fine for 30-60 mins normally.
System is a Windows 7/64 home premium, using a gateway WG43M MB, CPU is Intel Quad core2 2.50GH. 4x2 DIMM ram, NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 card, Dell E2414H monitor.
I am not sure if the new monitor is the issue or what. I moved the MB from a slim sx2802 case into a mini, so much more are space. PS is 300watt.
