Will a CX430 safely power a GTX 760?

Hey guys,
I want to upgrade my GPU from a 650 Ti to a 760, but I cheeped out on my PSU when first building my system. My power supply outputs 430 watts, and the GPU requires 500. The GPU needs 30 amps on the 12V rail, and my PSU has 32A. Is this safe? I have a pretty standard setup in terms of power consumption, but I would like to get your opinion. I personally feel safe with the CX430 and 760, but I would upgrade for anything above that.
Thanks!

Solution
For a system using a single GeForce GTX 760 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-Reference Design GeForce GTX 760 cards have a single 8-pin (e.g. ASUS GTX 760 DirectCU II OC) or two 8-pin (e.g. MSI GTX 760 HAWK) or one 6-pin and one 8-pin (e.g. Gigabyte GTX 760 WindForce OC, EVGA GTX 760 SC w/ACX Cooler, MSI GTX 760 TwinFrozr Gaming) PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Okay, what is the deal with the PCI-Express Connectors? Will they still work? It's the only thing on my PCI slots.

Thank you, what PSU would you recommend for this? Would a CX500 cover it?
