Monitor, mouse and keyboard wont turn on

my cpu turns on , but my mouse moniter wont turn on. i tired taking out the wires and putting em back in again, but it still wont work. Also on the cpu the number 3 and 4 keep blinking when i turn it on.
whats going on? HWELP ME

Overheating caused damage?

Are you using integrated graphics, or a separate GPU?


From the info you provided, it sounds like a broken/damaged CPU, however you didn't exactly give much info. When did it happen? Did you fail at overclocking? Any other symptoms?
