Video Card upgrade for Dell Inspiron 545.

What is the best video card for my Dell Inspiron 545 tower? It has an Intel Core 2 E7500 CPU. 6.0GB of RAM. Graphics are currently controlled by Intel G33/31 Express Chipset Family. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. B.

What games you want to play.

Your cpu is a little wak for modern gaming so I would say something like 650 ti boost max because anything else, on this computer, would be overkill.

Company of Heroes 2 system requirements (minimum)

CPU: 2 GHz dual core CPU, Intel Core 2 Duo or better
RAM: 512 MB system memory
Graphics: DirectX 9 video card with 256 RAM, Nvidia 8000-series or Radeon 3000-series or integrated graphics such as Intel HD3000 or HD4000.
Operating system: Windows XP SP3
DirectX audio card
12 GB hard disk space

Company of Heroes 2 system requirements (recommended)

CPU: 2.6 GHz quad core processor, Intel Core i5,or AMD FX 8000-series or better
RAM: 2 GB (4 GB for 64 bit Operating System)
Graphics: DirectX 11 card with 512 MB RAM, Nvidia 400 series or AMD 5000 series or better.
Operating system: Windows 7
DirectX audio card
12 GB hard disk space

While your cpu meets minimum requirements, this means you have to lower your graphics to low. But your current GPU just doesn't cut it for the game.

So you are saying I would need to upgrade the CPU as well as the Graphics card? Is that correct?
