Running Programs with Task Scheduler via Script

So I've installed a program called Speedfan and I found that it did not start automatically on Windows startup so I had to make a Startup rule for it in the Windows 8.1 Task Scheduler which seem to do the trick. My problem is now that the program window stays open as it scans the devices which I am monitoring temperatures of. Is there a script that I can enter in Task Scheduler that will allow me to start this program and either wait a predetermined amount of time (say 25 seconds to initialize) and then minimize it to Windows tray or maybe a way to immediately minize the program to tray once launched?

There is an configuration button on the first page of speedfan. Hit that and goto options tab. Check the 'start minimized' box.
  2. Possibly this:

    Readings-Configure-Options-Click 'Start minimized'
    Click OK

    See if that works

Thanks mate, seems to work. For some reason I didn't see that option.
