http://www.DELETEDl, will this allow me to install to a clean hard drive, i.e a fresh intall and i know this may sound stupid but will windows work anywhere not just from the country it comes from

It looks too good to be true, but I'm honestly not sure.

They say that they provide you with a copy of Windows which sounds dodgy, almost as if they have created the ISO file for distribution; which is illegal.

I have sent them an email with enquires as to how they manage to sell it for so cheap and expect to hear back in 24 hours.

That is not a legitimate, legal purchase. Period.

Windows costs what it costs. If you find it significantly cheaper than any of the major retailers (Amazon/Newegg/Microsoft/etc) it is almost certainly not legit.
Like this place.
