I just built a desk tome with MOBO: MSI 970a-g46, CPU: AMD 8320, GPU: AMD 7870 (don't remember the brand, it says diamond on the box), PSU: CM RS600.
So briefly the problem is:
1. The monitor randomly goes black while playing games such as Vindictus, COD: Ghost, and some other full screen RPG games
2. While the monitor shows "no signal", the back ground music also shuts.
3. Tried to use keyboard to restart the PC, but it does not response. When I press the CAPS, the light on the right side above the number keys do not respond.
4. The temperature in my case is very low. I have 6 fans including a external small fan breed directly to my GPU and the average temp. on the CPU and GPU is like I can touch it and only feel a little higher than my body temp.
5. Besides playing games, it works find without crushing. But when it crushes, only the monitor goes black, and shows no signal, the PC seems still running and the fans sometimes goes to max speed. All the lights (keyboard, mouse, case) are still on.
Anyone has any ideals about the issue? I changed my GUP once and the problem is still there.
With my old GUP the problem is even worse. I have to lay my computer flat on the floor otherwise my screen will show lots of odd colors when I turn my PC on.
