I brought a wd 1tb blue hdd today.. i will be using it as a secondary drive.. obviously want to format it in NTFS.. tell me does comes preformatted? and if i use quick format will i be facing serious problems in future??? Please help.. iam trying to avoid the normal format thing,,it takes a veryyyyyyyy long time i know... just tell me does these WD Blue 1TB hard drives are preformatted or not & whether the quick format using ntfs will be sufficient or not..
