According to the BIOS tweaker settings, i'm at 4.49 Ghz (21x214) and at a 1.4375 core voltage. Idle voltage is 1.408 switching with 1.416 at times (sometimes i see it at 1.424 idk why). Temperatures are still moderately cool (core still not getting over 50 celsius) but i'm not stable. When running prime95 i hit 1.312 core voltage. Please help! Also, if i set the core speed over 4.5, POST can't manage to run windows and says to insert boot device (hence leaving it at 4.49). I'd be delighted to reach 4.6-4.8. Please help!

You maybe able to make the difference by lowering the multiplier and raising the FSB higher. I don't remember where but I've read that others have solved their stability problems taking that approach. For some reason it tends to work better that way instead of relying mainly on the multiplier.
