I had just finished my first gaming PC build and everything was working fine. I start installing drivers off a CD that came with the motherboard and it restarts a few times until, after one of the restarts I get a blank screen. Every time I restart it manually I get the same blank screen and have no clue what the problem is or how to fix it.

Is the blank screen before or after the POST test? In other words does the monitor blank when Windows is loading or do you not even get a signal when you see the BIOS info? Can you get into the BIOS with a video signal?
Before I couldn't see anything, it picked up a signal but nothing visible. I've changed it from HDMI to dvi and its fine but as soon as I go back to HDMI, nothing. I've tried various HDMI cables on different monitors but this seem to be the problem.
