I am asking this question in regards to processor, ram, and hard drive space. I have done a lot of research myself, but still cannot come to a decision and need a little help. I have several computers here (of which I am not even sure if I can find them cheaper or even something better, but this is just a start) that I will probably choose from. I am an aspiring photographer and already have about 12 gbs worth of photos on my laptop, I store movies on it also, which probably has me in about 50 gbs or more, and I love having multiple windows open. I need something fast, but with good graphics for my photos and also something I could run like a SIMS game on and several photo editing softwares. I don't do much video editing, but every once in a while. Nothing professional. Please help me in my choice, and why it would be the best choice!!!

P.S. I am currently using a toshiba satellite L645-S4102 w/ 4 gb ram, 500 gb hd , intel pentium processor

dont go with pre built pc you shot yourself in the foot latter. they use under sized power supplys and small cases. all you can add to them is a small video card and another hard drive if your lucky. go with a pc built from a company or build it yourself. you may spend a little more for the pc but they use better parts and the pc can be upgraded better then the standard pre built dell or hp.

you can buy a graphics card to put in there. For example a radeon HD6570.

Honestly I would build my own computer because those prebuilt computers you listed are heavily unbalanced hardware wise. Since you aren't playing any graphics intensive games you really don't need 8gb of ram, also all the power supplies in the computers you listed aren't good

If you are willing to build your own computer try this website

Thank you for all the answers! I appreciate them! I would definitely build my own if I had the money, but is there really no options for a pre-built PC? This is going to be a gift to me, and I doubt they would rather fork over that kind of money rather than buy it themselves...
